That part was already there, effectively... oh, you mean some
deliberate means; testing _MB_CAPABLE. Right. Patch
forthcoming. After *cough* testing (though it'll just be
cris-elf, a !_MB_CAPABLE target; not wanting to...raise the
testing bar).
