commit f92a4c5d2da377513f59b59290638b7a40cf38ce
Author: Szabolcs Nagy <szabolcs.nagy@arm.com>
Date: Wed Sep 5 12:15:55 2018 +0100

Document the log table generation method

Add comments with enough detail so the log lookup tables can be recreated.
