[PATCH 1c/9] Tilera (and Linux asm-generic) support for glibc

(Resending PATCH 1/9 in three pieces to accommodate mailing-list limits.)

This patch is the Linux support for the tile architecture.

Unfortunately, the sourceware.org mailer decided patch 1c was spam when I
resent it, according to Joseph Myers' review of the logs, and dropped it.
At his suggestion, I'm going to send the patch as a gzipped attachment in
hopes that it will at least make it through. I considered just attaching
it as base64-encoded un-gzipped text, but figured sourceware.org might
be smart enough to see through that -- though for all I know it will
gunzip my attachment and decide this email is still spam anyway. :-)

For those for whom it's easier, you can also get the patch directly
as plain text from:
