Keld,

We are still at an impasse on the proper format for country_isbn.

Jakub believes that it should be quoted in unicode points, where as I
beiieve it should be a simple numeric.

The specification you cited was not informative on this point,

Can you give us an informed (definitive) answer to this question?

I would very much like ot move Jakub's many patches forward t oreview
and commit, but I need an answer on this question first.
