So we should loudly criticize them for their thoughtlessness.

Scrollkeeper is unmaintained, so unfixable.

My suggestion is to fix all packages to use localized date format.
Do you know, how to use xgettext, msgfmt, msgunfmt, msgmerge and gettext?
