Let's summarize this two solutions:
LC_TIME in Polish localisation file
A. Your proposition
accordance:
- ortographical rules: YES, but which version is the best? (patch1, patch2,
patch3, bug 4773)
- ISO/IEC TR 14652: NO (variable lenght)
changes needed: YES to documentations, manuals, programs
usability: no abbreviated month name (%b=%m)
B. My proposition
accordance
- ortographical rules: YES (3 first letters of day and month with no dots)
- ISO/IEC TR 14652: YES (constant lenght)
changes needed: NO
usability: YES full
In my opinion B. is simplest solution than A.
