* sysdeps/mach/hurd/if_index.c (__protocol_available): Uncomment,
it's not needed at the moment.
* sysdeps/generic/if_index.c (__protocol_available): Likewise.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/if_index.c (__protocol_available): Likewise.
