Hi,
I've checked in the 2.0 changes I had lying around and the result is
really what I think should be 2.0.7. The only real big change is
glob.c, I've updated the version to the code we have in 2.1. This is
necessary since the old code is for a common situation approx 30x
slower and when compiling make this libc version is used.
