The difference between 25%, 40%, and 50% is not very much...

$ ls -l */en_US.utf8/LC_COLLATE
1,241,446 locale-25/en_US.utf8/LC_COLLATE
1,243,766 locale-40/en_US.utf8/LC_COLLATE
1,245,334 locale-50/en_US.utf8/LC_COLLATE

$ du -sk *
112,632  locale-25
112,668  locale-40
112,872  locale-50


Very minor. Thanks, I think this means that using 50% is the simplest
and easiest option then. Care to post patches that use 50% with >> ?
