AFAIK yes, people prefer this. This is not my personal requirement,
I was asked not to post changes to ChangeLog before.

I used "Appropriate date and time representation for date(1)" but
I don't claim that my version is perfect. However, please note that
I used "date and time" and this sounds for me more accurate than just
"date".
