It is unlikely that we will get any feedback from native speakers.
However, this is imported from CLDR and prepared according to my
best knowledge. Therefore I'm going to push it later this week.
As always, I will appreciate any feedback about NEWS, ChangeLog etc.
This patch does not yet close the bug 23140 but if I don't get any
further positive feedback about the patches I will close it assuming
that either we have not enough information about the languages or
the language community does not want the change.
