[PATCH] resolv: Forward legacy name resolution function calls to NSS

The attached patch replaces the compat name lookup functions with calls
to the matching NSS functions. I think this is the right thing to do
for now. If this turns out to break NSS modules which assume that
calling res_gethostbyname does not call into NSS in turn, we could
probably add a more elaborate compat implementation based on nss_dns and
nss_files, without actually duplicating their code.

Comments?

Thanks,
Florian
resolv: Forward legacy name resolution function calls to NSS

If this simple compatibility implementation introduces loops
because some NSS module uses the legacy functions to perform
DNS or file lookups, bypassing the NSS mechanism, we will need
a more complicated compat implementations which opens the nss_dns
and nss_files NSS modules and calls them directly.

2017-07-04 Florian Weimer <fweimer@redhat.com>

	* resolv/compat-gethnamaddr.c: Rewrite file and forward all calls
	to the NSS function variants.
