Make MANT_DIG shadow the types *_MIN_EXP macro. Replace
calls sites with (MIN_EXP - 1), and simplify.
* math/libm-test.inc [MIN_EXP]: Directly define as
[DBL|LDBL|FLT]_MIN_EXP and fixup usage.
