[COMMITTED PATCH] Fix setenv.c diagnostic pragma to be compatible with GCC 4.6

	* stdlib/setenv.c [__GNUC__,__GNUC_MINOR__ < 4,7]: Use
	"-Wuninitialized" rather than "-Wmaybe-uninitialized" in pragma.
