Karl,
I've checked in a new script `manual/update-glibc-manual.sh` which does
*everything* needed to automatically update the manual for a new glibc
release. I've also updated the manual for 2.20 so you don't need to do
anything unless you want to :-)
TL;DR:
Website update: Done.
Website manual: Updated to 2.20 with new automatic script.

Bugzilla: Created glibc_2.20 keyword for backports.
Bugzilla: glibc 2.21 milestone already exists. Created 2.22 for future work.
GNU Savannah: NEWS feed updated with 2.20 release.
That completes the updates required for the 2.20 release.
We may yet get some translations submitted and we should update those.
