I feel a little old an senile, like we've talked about this before but
I don't remember the outcome. This could also be the result of the
7.5 month old that sends signals interrupting my sleep with EINTR.
I do not think it is too ugly, but as Roland points out, we need to
review what is the actual kernel status of rtkaio, what difference
does it have etc. etc.
I think we should add it as an add-on to be maintained upstream
that you can enable if you want. However, before doing so I need
to look at it deeply and figure out why we don't use use aio with
versioned symbols and remove it.
