Hmm, you know what, I have no idea.  But I have set up registration
support on my test instance now, so you could sign up and play with
it.  I'm also interested in knowing how it handles PGP-signed emails
and I imagine there may be use cases others may want to try out too.

In fact I'd love it if more people sign up and figure out how they
want to use it while we figure out where to finally host it.

I have now set up SSL support on the instance
[https://patchwork.siddhesh.in].  I think the confirmation email link
still has http (I'll probably have to patch patchwork to use https),
but copy+pasting the link and changing it to https should work.

The certificate is signed by a CA I created myself.  You can download
the CA certificate from https://siddhesh.in/ca.crt
