Over at GDB, Joel runs a script that bumps the years across the board at the beginning
of the year, and we can spend the rest of the year not thinking about it anymore.

There are gnulib scripts to help with all this. See:

 http://sourceware.org/gdb/onlinedocs/gdbint/Start-of-New-Year-Procedure.html
 http://sourceware.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/src/gdb/copyright.py/?cvsroot=src
 http://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=gnulib.git;a=blob;f=build-aux/update-copyright;hb=HEAD

Any reason you don't do the same?
