Subject: Missing âgen-libc-abisâ

Hello,

The âscripts/gen-libc-abisâ file is missing from the repository as of
561470e061b4210385ace824cac6139bccde094c, which breaks glibc builds.  It
appears to relate to commit 92ad15a8f1d3e65f20fda3265c04ff26a642a2d0
(âImplement handling of libc ABI in ELF header.â)
