[patch] add linux mips n32/n64 sysdep-cancel.h

when support for sysdep-cancel.h was implemented for mips, none was
implemented for the 64-bit n32 and n64 abis for MIPS, which have
different calling conventions. They need their own version.

Here is that version. 8-)

This is the mips sysdep-cancel.h, wich mechanical conversion to use
the REG_* etc., macros from <sys/asm.h>, and then with the necessary
changes for the new ABIs.

this file should go into
linuxthreads/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/mips64 (a new directory).

Somebody should probably improve the o32 version in a way similar to
what i did, as well (use REG_* and the other <sys/asm.h> macros,
convert the hard-coded offsets to be symbolic as i've done here).
(However, when doing the latter, the existing order has to be kept,
since doing the args that way satisfies the o32 calling convention.)
Anyway, i'm leaving that for somebody else to do if they want. 8-)
