Right. For GCC 3.1, the time from stage 1 end to release was 7 months;
for GCC 3.2->3.3 (there was a glitch here because 3.2 was shipped from
the 3.1 branch and what was to be 3.2 became 3.3), it was 11 months,
though one could argue that we were slower because of the glitch.
Using those periods as guidelines, we would see 3.4 sometime between
February and June next year.
