What is not everything.  The functions might not remain inlines.  We
might not have inlines at some point.  Fact is that just the broken
design of PA ELF is responsible for an otherwise unnecessary API change
affecting all architecture.  That won't happen.

That's not my problem.  Do it whenever you have time and then come back.
