If glibc with some configure option removes compatibility with old C++ ABIs,
it means that __frame_state_for@@GLIBC_2.0 will go away, nothing less,
nothing more (the rest of pre G++ 3.0 symbols in GLIBC, like
__register_frame@@GLIBC_2.0 etc. should be IMHO kept, since otherwise
it would mean disabling support for anything compiled with pre-GCC 3.0, not
just C++). But if __frame_state_for is configured out of GLIBC, it means no
dlopen is needed at all.
