[PATCH] Update kernel-features.h for PPC

2.4.5-pre4 contains a complete sync of PPC into the official kernel. This
patch updates kernel-features.h to reflect this.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/kernel-features.h (__ASSUME_STD_AUXV): Define
	for linux >= 2.4.5 on powerpc.
	(__ASSUME_MMAP2_SYSCALL): Likewise.
