Sounds fine for the moment.
According to ISO's technical programme database <http://www.iso.ch/
projects/programme.html> under JTC1/SC2, ISO 10646-1 has entered the
"publication stage (60.00)" on 2000-07-26. I'll try to find out, what
exactly that means. It seems that ISO standards go through some finite
state machine, and ISO 10646-1:2000 is now waiting on the transition
from state 60.00 (International Standard under publication) to state
60.60 (International Standard published). Lovely bureaucracy ...
