GDB crash under cygwin...

I'm trying to build the latetest cywin version with the new improved TCL.
I'm building a cross platform version... (m68k-elf debugger under cygwin)
Everything builds, but when I try to run it
I get an immediate core dump, this even happens with -nw option.
any ideas...
