[RFA] gdbtk-cmds.c: tm_print_insn

- Subject: [RFA] gdbtk-cmds.c: tm_print_insn
Instead of using tm_print_insn directly, we should use the
TARGET_PRINT_INSN multiarch method.
I missed this in my change.
