Stepping down + nomination

I am stepping down as a maintainer of Insight. I am not really a developer
on Insight, and was just covering for a vacancy.
I would like to nominate Keith Seitz as my replacement. Keith has worked on
Insight for a long time, and is intimately familiar with it and Open Source
projects.
This change would give us Keith, Fernando Nasser and Jim Ingham as
maintainers. I would like to hear from the other two maintainers, and
indeed, the public at large, before making this change official.
