I'm pretty sure that insight doesn't support darwin. This isn't because we couldn't, we just don't. The biggest reason for this is that much of insight is written in Tcl/Tk, and our versions of these do not support Mac OS X in any way. In fact, I'm not even sure if Tcl/Tk exist for darwin, but knowing Jim Ingham (mac maintainer for Tcl/Tk and former Insight developer), I'm sure it does.
"One of these days," I'll work on removing our dependency on using our own versions of Tcl, Tk, and Itcl, but until that is done, darwin users are out of luck. Sorry.
