The whole Insight environment locks solid when ever the 'run' button is pressed. Even the 'Stop' button does not work.
If Insight was launched from a console then using <CTRL>C will cause a SigEv and a dialog indicating termination of the debugged app.. Now the Insight environment becomes responsive again.

Remove 'Set breakpoint at start option'.
Press the run button !
