We're up to guile-1.3.4, though.  Why only 1.3.2?

Incidentally, Francesco Tapparo is the Debian Scwm maintainer so it'd be 
really nice to keep the communication channels open with him as its
important to the Scwm project that the .debs for guile and scwm
interroperate well.
