compile or unexec

I tried guile-hobbit-1.3.3 with guile-1.3.2 (and the latest cvs)
on RH 6.0, and it seems working well.

By the way, I have another question.  Is it technically possible
to compile every .scm file into .c (and object code) so that we
don't need to unexec anymore?  In other words, will guile-hobbit
compile ice-9 (and other packages) in the future?

I'm also interested in dynamic linking the compiled code.  Is
there any discussion about that?
