I'll send some email to Wand and ask. There are a few other parser
generators there too - "lalr" (no explicit license), "lalr-scm"
(GPL'ed), "zebu" (free for non-commercial use - no good). There was also
another Pratt-style generator.
I would guess the ones without an explicit license are intended to be
public domain, or near so, but the authors probably need contacting.
