A minor nit: A program can be put under the GPL without being "GNU
software", if you interpret the latter as being software owned by or
distributed by or promoted by the GNU project. For example, if Tcl
were put under the GPL, do you think RMS would want it called "GNU
software"?
How about using "gpl" as the feature name?
