readline.x problem (minor)


Trying to compile the 19980610 snapshot, the initial compile failed when
it couldn't find readline.x (I had the same problem in 19980529).

'cd libguile; make readline.x' solved the problem; I'm not sure why make
didn't figure it out by itself, since it clearly has the rule in place.

My system is Debian, kernel 2.0.33, gcc 2.7.2.3, make 3.76.1.
