hi, iirc, one of the guile docs uses "world" to denote implementation language preference. it was pointed out that usually one world or the other is chosen in a particular application. i got the impression cross-world applications were not studied, but of course i don't really know. my first concept of a natural cross-world application domain would be a librarian. (the librarian arises because programming ultimately becomes configuration, and programs ultimately become self-aware.) hmmm -- that sounds like a lot of noise. what i want to know is: where can i look to see what kind of cross-world development is going on? regards, thi
