error message

Subject: error message

hi,

compiling my C programs (with GSL routines) I continuously get the following
error message:

C:\DOKUME~1\keller\LOKALE~1\Temp\RSP5FF.tmp
Error opening temporary file:
No error.
Error: Could not generate command line for the 32-bit C/C++ Compiler for
80x86 tool.

Tdist31.exe - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)


I couldn't figure out so far when it actually occurs. For me it doesn't seem
to be a programming error?!
I am working under Visual C++ 6.0 on a PC. Usually is helps when I close
Visual C++ an open it again.
Did anyone ever got the same message and can tell me something about it?
