- Subject: trouble with autogen.sh from cvs
Hi!
Sorry, but I've missed the progress of auto-tools for one year, so I
have to ask:
[achim@dilbert gsl]$ ./autogen.sh
Makefile.am: installing `./depcomp'
doc/Makefile.am:3: installing `doc/mdate-sh'
configure.in:23: warning: AC_ARG_PROGRAM invoked multiple times
after that I did ./configure and this failed with:
creating libtool
checking for size_t... yes
checking for gcc option to accept ANSI C... none needed
checking for an ANSI C-conforming const... yes
checking for inline... inline
checking for extern inline... yes
checking for library containing cos... -lm
./configure: line 11613: syntax error: unexpected end of file
I could not find documentation about AC_ARG_PROGRAM...
I am using redhat 8.0 with all updates applied. The versions are listed:
automake (GNU automake) 1.6.3
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.53
ltmain.sh (GNU libtool) 1.4.2 (1.922.2.54 2001/09/11 03:33:37)
Thanks for helping
