An MS-Windows (win32) port of the latest release (1.0) of the GNU Scientific
Library is available from
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net
GSL is a collection of routines for numerical computing in e.g.linear
algebra and probability.
It has been compiled with GCC for Windows (Mingw), and comes with both
static and dynamic libraries for GCC, Microsoft Visual Studio and Borland C.
