hello-
When I try and make glibc, I get the following error message:
/usr/local/arm/arm-linux/bin/ld: unrecognized emulation mode: elf32arm
Supported emulations: armelf_linux armelf_linux26 armelf
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
...
My suspicion is that glibc 2.1 is not supported by the version of
binutils that I'm using: 2.9.5.0.21. Here are my questions. Please
answer as many as possible:
1) Is my suspicion correct?
2) In which Makefile and where is ld looking for elf32arm (I couldn't
seem to find it)
3) Would using a later version of glibc solve this problem?
