commit 5db0877750f1e2a1983e1f5e43bd0cc68058f684
Author: Aurelien Jarno <aurelien@aurel32.net>
Date: Fri Dec 11 22:16:34 2015 +0100

    Cleanup ARM ioperm implementation

the ARM ioperm by removing pre-2.4.23 kernel support.
