what was broken?

e.g. the musl dynlinker name on all targets is

/lib/ld-musl-{ARCH}{SUBARCH}.so.1

and i don't remember pax-utils being broken.

it is in the sysv abi spec for aarch64 which is not public (yet).
but even if it was not documented anywhere it is the de facto abi.
