There are 2 uri identifiers used on savannah and gnu fsd, gnu ftp gnu mail.
I made a list with GNU package identifiers and standard links you would expect
the same identifier used. This list could be reduced by one if only one of the
two glibc or libc would be used. Than it would also be more effective all would
be in one row.
In programming you use much standards and rules, why not treat this also as
such?
Therefore it is is a bug.
Also included two debian links (but you don't control, so its extra info).
