[Bug nscd/23757] services number stored in wrong endianness

same question then, for completeness... is there anything besides nscd and
libc.so that talks the nscd protocol?

and/or does this swapping bug affect the protocol?  I haven't looked to see if
the protocol has the binary form (swapped or otherwise) or the ascii form
(wrong endian)
