[Bug nscd/23289] Why is the NSCD host cache corrupted occasionally?

https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=23289

> What is NSLCD?

nslcd is a daemon that will do LDAP queries for local processes based on a
simple configuration file.

NSCD can request data from NSLCD and NSLCD will connect to the openLDAP server
to retrieve the requested data.
