[Bug libc/13575] SSIZE_MAX defined as LONG_MAX is inconsistent with ssize_t, when __WORDSIZE != 64

https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=13575

--- Comment #11 from Eric Blake <eblake at redhat dot com> ---
Oh, I see that __SSIZE_T_TYPE is not a gcc builtin, but provided by glibc's
bits/typesizes.h as __SWORD_TYPE; which explains the difference in spelling
from the builtin __SIZE_TYPE__. But reading bits/types.h, the definition of
__SWORD_TYPE is gated solely on __WORDSIZE == 64, so how is s390 getting weird
definitions?
