Sorry, i didn't wanted to mean that what is the better language choice, but if
there are no problems with one of the variables have a greater length than the
other:
string YESEXPR "^ [+ 1yYsS]" has two letters and uppercase
string NOEXPR "^ [- 0nn]" has only one letter and its capital
