For some large arguments, the dbl-64 implementation of remainder gives zero
results with the wrong sign, e.g.:

Failure: Test: remainder (-max_value, max_value)
Result:
 is:          0.0000000000000000e+00   0x0.0000000000000p+0
 should be:  -0.0000000000000000e+00  -0x0.0000000000000p+0
 difference:  0.0000000000000000e+00   0x0.0000000000000p+0
 ulp       :  0.0000
 max.ulp   :  0.0000
