If so, then C99 and C11 do not provide complete bindings to IEEE 754-1985
for all implementation choices conforming to Annex F. This is a
limitation in C99 and C11, not a bug in the implementations. That
limitation is being addressed through the new TS (which might or might not
get integrated in a future C standard version - I think it might make
sense to integrate only those pieces that get significant implementation
experience) rather than through any changes to C11.
