I'm not convinced glibc needs to support the old kernel behavior at all. There
has never been a working pre-3.13 system with non-default page size, since
glibc and the kernel were always mismatched in this case. Microblaze users who
want/need non-default page size just need to be using a recent or patched
kernel where non-default page size works.
